Q: What’s Included?
A: All courses are available 24/7 and are completed 100% online. Upon completion, your certificate will be processed according to the email option you selected during registration.

Q: If I start my course and don't finish it, can I get a refund?
A: All courses are non-refundable once purchased. You will have open access to take the course with no time limit to complete your course and obtain your certificate.

Q: I was referred by an organization like the Department of Human Services (DHS) or my caseworker, or lawyer. Will E-Court Classes LLC be communicating my progress with them?
A: If you are a self-pay participant, that is not likely. If your agency that referred you however, has paid for your course, essentially, that organization is contracted with E-Court Classes LLC and may have a requirement for monthly or quarterly progress updates on your course completion.
Q: How many times can I log in and out?
A: As many times as you want. Your course will pick up where you left off and show your percent of course completed.
Q: Is the entire course done online?
A: Yes, the entire course is done 100% online.

​Q: Are there tests that I need to pass?
A: Yes, some of our court mandated programs, depending on the curriculum may have tests to test your knowledge.
Q: Can I sign up online?
A: Yes, you can sign up 100% online using our secure registration form and payment. All of our programs are taken 100% online. You do not need to make an appointment, visit an office, or make a phone call to register for an in person class. Select your class and click to begin.
Q: How long do I have to complete my courses?
A: Your course is self-paced and you will have unlimited access until you complete your course and receive your certificate. E-Court Classes LLC do recommend you meet your deadline however for the organization requesting your course completion.

Q: What if I fail the tests?
A: If you do not pass the tests with the required passing score (for example 70%), you will have an opportunity to retake the test. Tests are meant to ensure compliance and understanding of the material. We do not aim to create test anxiety.

Q: How long is the course?
A: It depends on which course you sign up for. Once registered, you may start and stop the course at your convenience.
Q: When will I receive my certificate?
A: Upon completion, your certificate of completion will be processed according to the email option you selected during registration. Make sure your email, First Name and Last Name is in your profile so when you select the prompt to get your certificate it can be sent to your email with your name as you would like it shown.
Q: How do you know where to send my certificate?
A: During registration, we will ask for your email address in the My Account section of your course. You will also receive a reminder email requesting that you add your first and last name in your account for your certificate.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept secure online payments using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express This includes debit cards, credit cards, and pre-paid cards displaying the Visa or MasterCard logos. We also accept Klarna and Afterpay for Buy Now Pay Later options. Please check those service sites for plan and interest details.
Q: Can I pay by check or money order?
A: No. E-Court Classes LLC do not accept check or money orders for online courses.
